Greetings!
First of all we would like to thank you for choosing JETBeam flashlight!
In order for us to give you the satisfactory service, and also better protect your interests, please read the rules carefully and keep your warranty card properly.

Warranty Details
1. Free or limited warranty is provided by JETBeam only if your JETBeam Product was purchased from an authorized dealer or reseller. The rules are applicable to JETBeam flashlight and accessory.
2. Any components installed on JETBeam flashlight by other agency or personnel, JETBeam will not assume responsibility for the warranty.
3. Any additional service to JETBeam product or accessory committed by other agency or personnel, JETBeam do not assume responsibility for such additional service.

Any of the following case will void the free warranty service
1. Failure or damage caused by drops, or unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
2. Failure or damage caused by wrong or improper use, storage, maintenance or operation of JETBeam product without following the instructions.
3. Flashlight damage caused by battery leakage.
4. Without valid JETBeam warranty card, purchase invoice or receipt.
5. Failure or damage caused by quality problems of parts or units which are not made by JETBeam.


Warranty commitments

1. 14 days free replacement: We will repair or replace a light within 14 days of purchase if it is afflicted with a manufacturing defect. If the problem of the returned light calls for a replacement, we will replace a same model for customers. If the model has been discontinued, customers will receive a product with similar or better performance.

2. 18 months free repair. We offer free repair within 18 months of purchase if problems developed from normal use. We will provide customers with free parts and repair service.

3. Lifetime limited warranty. After 18 months of free warranty service, JETBeam will provide lifetime limited warranty service. JETBeam will only charge the actual material cost, no additional labor cost.

4. Customers will contact JETBeam or our dealers for warranty service by providing their warranty card number, or a valid purchase invoice or receipt from dealers, JETBeam or our dealers will be responsible for the warranty service and JETBeam will provide dealers with service support.

5. Note for Man-made failure or damage: With our product warranty card, we will provide you with the maintenance service, and only charge the actual cost of replacement materials, without any additional charge for labor costs, and customers will bear the shipping cost.

Statement
1. If there is conflict between JETBeam’s warranty rules and other warranty service details, JETBeam rules will be applied.
2. The rights of the amendment, interpretation of this rules are reserved by JETBeam
3. The rules will be applied since the release of the rules.
